Creative Growth workshops
These workshops focus on building transformational creativity that inspires new thought processes, allowing individuals to access their own internal creativity.
Together, we will engage all 5 of our physical senses as we dive into creative exercises by making visual art. You will learn techniques for activating creative thinking free from self-judgment. In practicing these techniques you will find yourself coming up with new ideas, deepening problem-solving capacity, strengthening your resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.
No art experience necessary! All supplies are included. These workshops are offered on a sliding scale.
